Once you have registered for an account to be able to gain access you will then be able to place orders. Placing orders will require you to provide additional information which will be explained in detail in the relevant section of these terms and conditions.

The website www.scribbell.com offers content writing services for a range of different industries and corporations.

The four main core service areas which we offer are content provided for: advertising, social media, corporate and creative services.

Orders are to be placed on the corresponding service pages which explain the content options available in more detail.

Placing an order

When placing an order for the content writing services on www.scribbell.com clients will be responsible for providing as much information as possible to the brief so that we may assign you to the best suited writer. Please note that there are no guarantees that we will be able to find and assign a writer to your proposal.

Any orders placed with www.scribbell.com must not infringe on any of the rights of third persons and in particular copyrights, moral rights, trademarks and service marks. We will also not accept any material which could be deemed as obscene, slanderous, libellous or otherwise degrading.

Payments

Once an order has been placed with www.scribbell.com the client will receive a quote for the content services which they have requested. All quotes must be agreed and paid in full ahead of the writer commencing any work.

When placing an order, clients will choose a delivery time with faster delivery speeds incurring greater costs.

All payments successfully processed will appear on the client's bank statement as TGSSB, MIDVIEW.

Delivery of content to the client

Delivery times for projects will vary, and this will depend on the delivery speed which was selected at the time of placing the order. Delivery speeds can range from standard delivery where jobs are completed in 5-7 days, and express delivery where jobs are completed in 2-3 days. Delivery times will also depend on how long the proposed project and estimated word count will be. Your writer will discuss this with you beforehand, with larger scale projects often requiring a longer delivery time.

Once a writer has been assigned to a job and has completed the order, then the finished product will be emailed to the client. The client then has the opportunity to review the finished order, and if they have any revisions that they wish to request then they must be done at this stage. Only minor revisions will be considered and any major revisions which relate to wider subject matter will require a new order to be placed. It is for this reason that we ask all clients to provide as much information as possible at the time of preparing the brief.

Refund policy

When placing an order for content then the entire quote must be always paid up-front. Refunds can only be requested once the order has been completed. If, once you have received the completed product, you are still unhappy with the result then you may request one revision which comes included and is free of charge.

If you are still unhappy after the writer has completed your revisions, then you may request a refund. Please note that refunds are only accepted in limited circumstances and are generally only awarded in instances where the writer has been at fault and the finished product differs greatly from the original brief in both subject matter and tone.

All refunds are issued at our discretion, and we ask all clients to get in touch with us within 10 working days of receiving their final product. All refund requests must be made to customer services in writing and they must clearly explain why the client believes that they may be entitled to a refund. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept any refund requests which are received after the 10-day period.

Customer cancellation policy

Clients may cancel an order placed with www.scribbell.com only up until the writer has begun working on the project. Unfortunately, we will be unable to cancel any orders after this point.

Clients may cancel their account with us at any time by requesting in writing that they would like to be removed from the website.

Content rights

Clients have no rights or ownership to any of the content provided through www.scribbell.com until the content has been paid for in full and the final version has been delivered via email.

Once the order has been fully paid for, processed and developed then the client has the right to publish or reproduce the content across any kind of media, including both print and online.

Trademarks

All of the trademarks, service marks, designs and logos which are used and displayed on the website www.scribbell.com are all registered trademarks of this website. Nothing on this website may be viewed as a grant to use any of the content on this site without first obtaining prior written consent.
